Right at Home is a national initiative focused on stopping homelessness before it starts.

Right at Home builds on the proven prevention model pioneered in Santa Clara County by Destination: Home & Sacred Heart Community Service, that provides flexible financial assistance and case management to families at immediate risk of losing housing. 

Cassandra serves as the Initiative Director, working with an expert team of advisors to identify, support, and fund ten communities around the country to develop their own targeted homelessness prevention systems.  Over the next five years, these varied regions will help more than 10,000 families at high risk of losing their homes remain housed, while building a case for sustained investment nationally.
