Marin Community Foundation mobilizes the power of community and the resources of philanthropy to advance equity for people, places, and the planet.

From April 2024 - October 2025, Cassandra served as MCF’s Interim Director of Housing and Homelessness, helping to launch its newly designed Initiative to prevent homelessness, protect tenants, and preserve and produce more affordable housing in Marin County. She stewarded more than $20M in grants, donor advised contributions,  and loans, working with partners across MCF to harness all of its assets for positive change.
